We need parent help on field trips and at school, but parents must first complete a one-time background check with the district.  This must be done at least 30 days before a field trip.

It will cost you $15, and the school pays the remaining $20. Not all schools offer to pay partially for these appointments so we offer the Background Check Verification form in our office. This is how we let them know you are coming so when you schedule your appointment online and go to pay, they will only charge you the part we do not cover.

This background check is effective for the whole time your children are in Alpine district.  Please follow the process below:

  1. From the front office, request a Background Check Verification form. Submit to the office.
  2. Click the following link to schedule a fingerprinting appointment with the department: Schedule Fingerprinting with the District (You must have a copy of the completed and approved Background Check Verification form from the front office for your appointment.)
