Please complete the online registration at the below link OR download the registration packet here. Packets are also available for pick-up from the school office.
Please bring these required documents to the school when registering your child.
- Proof of residence or an approved exception
- A certified copy of the student’s birth certificate or other reliable proof of the student’s identity and age
- A certified and complete immunization record or official immunization exemption

If your child lives outside of the school boundaries please begin the enrollment process by completing an out of area request form at the following link: lOut of Area Request Form. Once approved you will then complete student registration.
